Bad CIBIL score equals no Bank Job

IBPS has notified in its latest notification that all the candidates who are applying for a job in a bank must have a minimum CIBIL score of 650 or above at the time of joining. Now every aspiring candidate should have knowledge of their CIBIL scores and how to check the cities course for IBPS and other online banking examinations.

What is CIBIL score?

CIBIL score is a representation of an individual’s credit history. It is a three digit number that ranges from 300 to a maximum of 900. It is to be noted that the higher your score the better is your credit rating.

How to check your CIBIL score online?

Checking your favourite score is a very simple process.

Step 1: YOu have to go to the website

Step 2: On the website homepage click check your CIBIL score option.

Step 3: You will be directed to a registration or a login page. For the first time user you need to do a simple registration. You must have your pan card number and your mobile number along with your email address with you. 

Step 4: After you have logged in you identity has been verified, you will now be able to check your CIBIL score and credit report.

Step 5: You can now review your civil score take and look at that detailed credit report and credit history in your CIBIL report. You can also take print out of your CIBIL report.
