TS Singhdeo became the Deputy Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh

New Delhi: TS Singh Deo was on Wednesday elected as the new Deputy Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh. The Congress is in power in the state now.

According to the party’s statement, Congress President Mallikarjun Khadge signed his appointment proposal.

On Wednesday there was a detailed discussion among the best members of the party about the works of the party and elections in Chhattisgarh.

Mallikarjun Kharge, former president Rahul Gandhi, Baghel and state party in-charge Kumari Selja and general secretary KC Venugopal attended the discussion at the party’s headquarter in Delhi. In this discussion, Malikarjun Kharge said that the party will move forward to improve the lifestyle of Chhattisgarh. He also said that “Gadbo Nava Chhattisgarh” is not just a slogan but it is also the goal of Chhattisgarh’s development and social justice.
